British F3/GT Championships
Snetterton 300
Saturday 04 - Sunday 05 August 2012

The British F3 and GT season returns to the Snetterton 300 circuit as the season hots up with just a handful of rounds remaining. A big crowd is expected to take advantage of the unrivalled views of the action provided by the superb new elevated spectator areas.

The event could be crucial for both championships and three races for the Cooper Tires British Formula Three series will take place. With just two rounds remaining in the championship after Snetterton, the front runners in the title charge could well make themselves apparent during the event and join the likes of Ayrton Senna, Mika Hakkinen and Jenson Button as British F3 Champions.

The British GT Championship will also feature in Norfolk, with marques such as Ferrari, Aston Martin and Mercedes going head to head on one of the most challenging circuits on the calendar. A full line up of support races including British Formula Ford, the Ginetta Challenge, VW Racing Cup and the Northern Sports and Saloon Car Championship will also take place.

Snetterton was transformed in 2011 with the creation of a new infield circuit and huge elevated spectator banks. Click here to see the panoramic views on offer for fans!
