The MCE Insurance British Superbike Championship returns to Snetterton for its annual races on the 300 circuit, one of the most anticipated events of the season because of the great viewing opportunities.
JG Speedfit Kawasaki's James Ellison heads the pack as the championship arrives in Norfolk after a dramatic last round at Oulton Park when defending champion Shane 'Shakey' Byrne and multiple title-winner Ryuichi Kiyonari crashed out of contention.
Josh Brookes set the fastest ever lap of the 300 circuit during the recent official test and the Australian will be ready to battle for Milwaukee Yamaha's first win of the season.
An international line up including Australian contender Broc Parkes, Italian Vittorio Iannuzzo, Dane Robbin Harms plus MCE BSB race winners Chris Walker, Tommy Bridewell and Stuart Easton will all be fighting for the wins. Plus former Champions Honda Racing have Dan Linfoot returning from injury alongside Jason O'Halloran!
The MCE BSB action will be supported by a top-class support bill which includes the Motorpoint British Supersport Championship, Pirelli National Superstock 1000 and 600 Championship and British Motostar.
Italian Grand Prix legend Giacomo Agostini will also return to Snetterton during the event when the illustrious 15-times World Champion will support MV Agusta's British Championship campaign and attend an official ceremony to formally inaugurate the corner named in his honour on raceday (Sunday).
