British Truck Racing Championship
Snetterton 300
Saturday 10 - Sunday 11 September 2016

Get set for six-wheeled scorcher at Snetterton as the leading lights from the British Truck Racing Championship take centre stage for a weekend of fast frolics. Weighing in at five tonnes, whilst packing enough punch to out-accelerate a Porsche 911, these trucks are unlike anything else you'll see racing in Norfolk this year.

Don't be fooled by the HGV exteriors, beneath the facade lies a true racing machine, driven by brave competitors who are willing to put it all on the line to make up positions. There will be plenty of sideways action, and surplus overtaking, all of which can be enjoyed from the circuit's raised viewing banks. Plus, there will be plenty of support races too!

ADVANCE BOOKING HAS NOW CLOSED. TICKETS WILL BE AVAILABLE TO PURCHASE AT THE GATE.

British Truck Racing Championship (BTRC)

Five-tonne racing trucks, capable of accelerating to 100 mph as rapidly as a Porsche 911, will be taking part in a minimum of six races over the weekend. A thrilling reverse-grid format ensures plenty of overtaking!

Legends Cars Championship

These American-style hot rods are renowned for providing some of the closest racing in British motor racing. With reverse grids and evenly matched machines, the top drivers will have to overtake plenty of rivals to succeed.

Kumho BMW Championship

This series caters for drivers entering older machinery with standard engines as well as more modified kit in newer cars. The championship is divided into four classes based on power to weight ratios.

Classic Touring Cars

A series which celebrates several golden eras of tin top racing. A mixture of British lightweights, American brutes and evocative European icons can be expected to take part.

MG Owners Club Championship

MG has been an iconic name in British motoring since racing's early days and it continues today with the Owners Club Championships. With everything from the relatively recent MGF to earlier models, this series is a fitting tribute to the MG name.

Dunlop Mini Miglia Championship

These Minis run with modified 1293cc engines and combined with a lightweight 660kg chassis, this allows them to accelerate from 0-60mph in less than five seconds. They are also capable of speeds in excess of 120mph.

Dunlop Mini Se7en Championship

Mini Se7ens aren't to be underestimated as they're capable of achieving 0-60mph in just under seven seconds and have a top speed of around 110mph. These relatively affordable machines provide great entertainment for drivers and spectators alike.
