Tom Mills took advantage of a first lap mistake from Cooper Webster to claim his sixth win of the season in GB4 race two at Snetterton.
Pole sitter Webster led the pack away at the start, but locked up and went deep at Wilson, allowing Mills to slip by into the lead.
Mills proceeded to lead every lap afterwards, with Webster keeping him close by in the early stages, though lost time on lap six as he held a lurid slide exiting Riches. That allowed Mills to build a gap, but Webster closed him back in again, with the pair separated by just 0.3 seconds at the chequered flag.
Colin Queen finished third for Fortec, three seconds further back while Liam McNeilly headed a pack of midfield cars across the line, including Fox Motorsport teammate Sid Smith, who delivered a feisty race on his way to fifth.
Also in the scrap were Graham Brunton Racing's Jeremy Fairbairn, who took sixth place, a couple of tenths ahead of Fortec's Aditya Kulkarni, with KMR's ESports champion Lucas Blakekely also on their tail.
Graham Brunton Racing's Harry Burgoyne Jnr recovered from a slow start to finish ninth, ahead of the third KMR car of Jack Clifford who survived contact with Fortec's Ruhaan Alva mid-race to complete the top-10.
The final GB4 race of the weekend, the reverse grid encounter, is due to commence at 17.35.
