Snetterton’s track surface will be in better shape than ever for the 2024 season, following a significant winter resurfacing programme over recent weeks.

More than 4200 square metres of the Norfolk venue’s surface has been re-laid as part of the project, including at Wilson, Agostini, Oggies, Nelson and Murrays. This means that track day customers and race event competitors can look forward to more grip and faster lap times next year.

The work on the three-mile circuit was completed by Aggregate Industries, which also completed a wholesale resurfacing project to wide acclaim at Donington Park for the 2023 season. This on-circuit renewal comes as part of the venue’s ongoing commitment to improvement.

Snetterton Circuit Manager Stuart Mills said: “We’re firmly committed to ensuring that Snetterton maintains its reputation as one of the UK’s best motorsport facilities. We have a fantastic event programme to look forward to in 2024, with rounds of the Bennetts British Superbike Championship and Kwik Fit British Touring Car Championship amongst the major highlights and this latest round of improvements means we’re in the best possible position to host top level national motorsport.”
