We’re looking forward to welcoming ticketholders to Snetterton for the inaugural USA Snetterton 300 this Sunday 8 September. Here is some useful information to help you make the most of your trip to the venue.

Gate opening times
Public admission to the circuit starts at 8.00am

Parking information
All general parking is free of charge. Blue badge holders should follow public signage for disabled parking, or alternatively speak to a member of staff on arrival.

Tickets
All advance sales have now closed. Further tickets will be available to purchase upon arrival at the venue. Click here for prices and more information.

If you have chosen to have advanced tickets posted (not print-at-home) you will need to bring the originals to the circuit, as copies and receipts are not accepted. All advance tickets have now been dispatched and were sent by either Recorded or Special Delivery, meaning a signature is required.

If you haven’t received them, contact us urgently during office hours at [email protected] . Please have your tickets separated before arriving at the gate.

Print-at-home/e-tickets are emailed on the day of purchase. If you haven’t received yours, you can access them by logging on to your MSV account . Your order confirmation email will not grant you admission to the venue- the e-tickets themselves must be printed or scanned from a mobile device.

Camping
Why not make a weekend of it and stay on-site at Snetterton? We have a dedicated camping area – just a short stroll from the racetrack.

The campsite opens at 4.30pm on the day before the event and closes at 7.30pm on the final day of the event. Please note - limited facilities will be provided during this time. Click here for more information.

Programmes 
Official event programmes are available on the day for £6. Each programme contains features, entry lists and details about this weekend’s event, plus other useful information.

Free grandstand seats
Grandstand seating is available free of charge on a first-come first-served basis.

Car clubs, car displays and special demos!
Alongside the on-track action, a range of classic American vehicles will be on display at the venue. The Mustang Owners Club GB will be joining us to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the iconic Ford Mustang with a stunning display of Mustangs from over the decades.

Genuine NASCARs from the USA will feature in the paddock prior to seeing them on-track, as well as a Heritage stock car display within the spectator area before an on-track demonstration. 
Russo’s Rat will take part in a drag car demonstration at 10.50am.

Monster Truck rides
The USA Snetterton 300 is hosting thrilling Slingshot Monster Truck rides, offering adrenaline junkies a chance to experience the raw power and excitement of these massive vehicles. Individual charges apply.

Simulator experience
Perfect Acceleration will be in attendance with simulators for you to experience driving the Snetterton circuit. Sessions are £10 per person.

Arrowdox archery & axe throwing
Take part in this incredible activity and learn how to sling axes, tomahawks, and archery at wooden targets. Free of charge – but for over 12s only.

Battle Stations laser tag experience
Battle Stations Activity Centre will be making an exciting appearance, bringing a thrilling laser tag experience! Children will have the chance to immerse themselves in action-packed, high-energy gameplay. Additional charges apply.

Open race paddock
Spectators can head into the Legends Cars and Bernie’s V8s & Historic Outlaws paddocks and get close-up to these American racers.

Free grid walk
Everyone has the chance to feel like a VIP before the race starts. The grid walk is open to all spectators, offering a unique opportunity to see the racing machinery up close.

Parade
At the end of the event, all display cars will be on track to take part in a parade lap on circuit.

Radio Snetterton 107.3 FM
Don’t miss any of the action with Radio Snetterton broadcasting on 107.3 FM.

Radio earpieces are available from programme booths, souvenir stands and the circuit office.

Gazebos and other structures
You are welcome to bring small, open-fronted tents and other small outdoor structures (without sides) to general spectator areas, but we reserve the right to take down larger gazebos and other similar temporary structures if we consider them dangerous, or they obscure the views of others.

Please be considerate to those around you and speak to a member of staff if you have any concerns. Please ensure that all temporary structures are weighted or anchored down securely.

Security
The safety and security of all our visitors is paramount, so please be aware you may be subject to bag searches and security checks at our venue. We would also politely ask, as an additional security measure, that you put luggage tags on all of your bags detailing your name and mobile number, so that it can be easily identified. Please do not leave your bags or personal belongings unattended at any time.

Cashpoint 
We don’t have a cash machine at the circuit, but most traders and food/drink outlets take card payments.

No dogs/animals permitted on site
No animals are permitted anywhere on site, with the exception of guide/assistance dogs. Please contact our call centre on 0344 225 4422 or email [email protected] during office opening times to advise if you will be bringing a guide/assistance dog.

Scooters/bicycles – prohibited in public areas
Please note that use of personal two-wheeled vehicles, including scooters, e-scooters and bicycles is strictly prohibited within public areas of the venue.

Please respect our neighbours
We kindly ask that all ticket holders driving to the circuit this weekend drive or ride carefully and considerately both when travelling to and leaving the venue.
