Snetterton circuit is set for another action packed 2025 motorsport season, featuring major national championships, returning favourite fixtures and two brand new themed events. Fans can also look forward to grassroots racing from the country’s leading car and bike clubs at the Norfolk venue, with the first race meeting of the season taking place next Saturday – the MSVR Season Starter on Saturday 15 March.
British motorsport's finest
The Bennetts British Superbike Championship (BSB) lands at Snetterton on 20-22 June for the circuit's highest-profile two-wheel event of the year. Star riders will compete in this summertime triple-header, with 2024 champion, Kyle Ryde, hoping to defend his crown with OMG GRILLA Yamaha Racing. An excellent support package will complete this jam-packed weekend.
The Kwik Fit British Touring Car Championship (BTCC) will visit on 24/25 May for three races on the challenging 300 circuit. Fans can enjoy intense touring car battles from BMW, Ford, Hyundai, and more, with support races and prime viewing from the circuit’s panoramic banks.
The British GT Championship will be another major UK series to visit Snetterton on 12/13 July, with prestige manufacturers including McLaren, Mercedes and Ferrari fighting for GT3 and GT4 glory across two sprint races. Co-headline single-seater competition will come from the GB4 Championship partnered by the BRDC, with three Ginetta championships also racing.
Motorsport marvels
The monsters of the British Truck Racing Championship head to Norfolk on 13/14 September. These five-tonne giants will unleash 1000bhp around the full 300 circuit. There will be a colourful support line-up featuring the TCR UK Touring Car Championship too, plus plenty of family-friendly activities throughout the weekend.
USA Snetterton 300 (21 September) brings a supercharged celebration of American motoring. Bernie’s V8s will headline the racing, with the Pickup Truck Championship adding an extra dose of US flair for the first time. NASCAR demos and a special tribute to 75 years of UK stock car racing will complete the circuit programme. Off-track, a stunning display of American vehicles adds to the family-friendly spectacle.
The Snetterton Classic (28/29 June) will transport the Norfolk venue back in time with a stunning mix of retro machines. Motor Racing Legends will deliver a full weekend of nostalgic racing across multiple championships, while impressive classic car displays will complete the vintage atmosphere.
Modified Live (19 October) will unleash performance in spectacular fashion, featuring Time Attack Championship battles alongside drift demonstrations. The all-new Ultimate Racing Championship adds touring car battles to the mix, while vast displays of modified cars will showcase the best in custom automotive culture.
New additions for 2025!
New to this year’s calendar is Ford Frenzy (Sunday 6 April), a vibrant celebration of Ford cars and competition. The Modified Ford Series will be joined on the 300 circuit by the Fiesta Junior, Fiesta ST240, and Fiesta ST150 classes, plus further support races. A plethora of classic and modern Fords will bring the show off the track.
Also debuting is GT Battle (27 July), which celebrates 20 years of Time Attack, featuring a high-octane weekend of modified performance machines. Time Attack UK headlines the track competition, alongside the all-new Ultimate Racing Championship, featuring modern-era touring cars. Off-track, expect an impressive display of modified cars and specialist exhibitor areas.
Club racing and endurance highlights
Snetterton will host a mix of sprint and endurance competition with the MotorSport Vision Racing Season Starter (15 March) and EnduroKA 12 Hours (16 March). Two-wheel action arrives the following weekend with the No Limits Racing Season Starter (22/23 March).
Additional club-level highlights include the Britcar Endurance Championship (31 May), GT Cup Championship (7/8 June), Classic Touring Car Weekend (9/10 August), 2CV 24-Hour Race (23/24 August), and Classic Sports and GT Cars (6/7 September).
Most of the UK’s leading car racing clubs will visit in 2025, including the British Racing and Sports Car Club (BRSCC), British Automobile Racing Club (BARC), MotorSport Vision Racing (MSVR), and the 750 Motor Club.
Further racing will be provided by the Historic Sports Car Club Championships (HSCC), Classic Sports Car Series (CSCC), BMCRC Club Bike Championships, Caterham Championships, and NG Road Racing Club Bike Championships.
Great value and free entry for kids
Under-13s always go free to events at Snetterton, making this a great value day out for the whole family. Further discounts are available for 13-15-year-olds and you can always save extra by purchasing in advance. On top of that, parking is free in all primary public car parks, so there is no additional cost. Adult advance tickets for race events start from just £16.
